Rev. Dr. Debora Grant Scotland is founder of EmpowerMe, an organization with a mission to empower people to BE their best self!
She is the founding pastor of Victory AME Church which focused on strengthening the cultural, social, spiritual, emotional and economical presence of the black community!
Dr. Grant Scotland, affectionately called Pastor Debbie, has been a strong advocate for the black family, especially those issues affecting our women and children!
She is a visionary and believes that nothing is impossible with God!!!
Each day my prayer to God is “Empower me so that I can make a difference in this world!"
We believe all women can embrace who they are,
can define their future, and can change the world.

EmpowerMe is a Nonprofit organization with a mission to provide a sacred space to engage, educate, equip, empower and encourage women who are challenged by life emotionally, spiritually,physically, socially and professionally.
Our Vision
Through collaborating and networking with other community organizations and agencies, EmpowerMe seeks to influence women to develop the tools to make healthy choices to create sustainable changes that will improve the quality of life.
